It's been too long since I posted a picture of my sweet roasted kabocha squash. So here's today's: roasted with cinnamon, stevia, pumpkin pie spice and cocoa powder. I roasted an apple the same way and then topped it with @gnclivewell egg protein "frosting", pb2, peanut butter and chia. This just isn't getting old. I love your kabocha photos but I prefer mine savory with nooch, coconut oil, eggs, & LOTS of freshly cracked pepper. 😀
