@luvinmygirls2 it is hard. I found out after I quit that once you start smoking, your metabolism slows down to slower than it was when you started... and it stays that way when you quit. So that makes it even harder. But you can do it. I did it by cutting out red meat, eating less food each day and walking for an hour 4x a week. The weight just fell
right off. I didn't even notice at first.
